At Vanshelle, we want your order to reach you as quickly, safely and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, pack and deliver your orders across India. 1. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need a little time to prepare it with care:

Important Notes:
- Processing time begins after successful payment confirmation — not at the time of placing the order
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day
- During sale periods, festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, New Year etc.) processing may take an additional 3-4 business days — we will inform you proactively if this applies to your order
- You will receive an Order Dispatched email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility

The shipping partner assigned to your order will be selected based on your delivery location, order size and selected shipping method at checkout. We reserve the right to use an alternative partner of equal or better service if needed.
3. Delivery Timeframes

- These are estimated timelines — not guaranteed delivery dates
- Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, public holidays or logistics disruptions
- Delivery timelines are counted in business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays)
4. Shipping Costs
We believe shipping should be simple and transparent:

Important:
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you make any payment — no hidden fees
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery only — express upgrades are chargeable
- In case of a return, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping charges for remote or difficult-to-access locations may differ — you will be notified before your order is confirmed if additional charges apply
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience:
- COD is available on orders up to ₹1000
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹25 will be applied at checkout
- COD is currently available
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- COD is not available for digital products — all digital purchases require online payment
6. Order Tracking
We believe you should always know exactly where your order is:
How to Track Your Order:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email at your registered email address
- This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the shipping partner's tracking page
- You can also track your order by visiting order section in your profile on our website and entering your order number
- SMS tracking updates will be sent to your registered mobile number at key delivery milestones

Tracking Not Updating? Tracking information may take up to 5-6 hours to reflect after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days please contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. Here is how we handle them:
Delayed Delivery
- If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com
- We will liaise with the shipping partner on your behalf and provide an update within 3 business days
- If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or complete refund — your choice
Failed Delivery Attempt
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times at your address
- If all attempts fail (due to wrong address, unavailability of recipient etc.) the package will be returned to us
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a nominal charge
- If you do not respond within 5 business days of our contact, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original shipping charge
Damaged Package on Delivery
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it — ask the delivery agent to return it
- If you only notice damage after opening, photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately
- Email us at shivansh8387@outlook.com within 7 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5 business days
Wrong Item Delivered
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photograph of the item received
- We will arrange pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost
8. Undeliverable Addresses and Pincode Restrictions
- We currently ship to most pincodes across India — enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability
- Certain remote areas, restricted zones or pincodes may not be serviceable by our logistics partners
- If we are unable to deliver to your pincode, you will be notified before your order is processed and a full refund will be issued
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate — including flat/house number, building name, street, landmark, city, state and pincode
- Vanshelle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer
9. International Shipping
- We currently ship within India only
- International shipping is something we are actively working towards
- To be notified when international shipping becomes available, email us at shivansh8387@outlook.com with the subject line "International Shipping Interest" and your country
10. Special Circumstances and Force Majeure
Vanshelle shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, floods, cyclones or extreme weather conditions
- Government-imposed lockdowns, curfews or movement restrictions
- Strikes, labour disputes or logistics partner disruptions
- National or regional public holidays
- Customs delays for international orders
- Internet or technology outages affecting tracking systems
In such cases, we will communicate proactively and work with you to find the best resolution possible.
11. Bulk and Corporate Orders
Planning to place a large order for your team, business or as gifts?
- Bulk orders of 50 or more units may qualify for special shipping rates
- Custom packaging and branded delivery options may be available for corporate orders
- Excel template bulk licensing for businesses is available — contact us for a custom quote
