Welcome to Vanshelle. By accessing our website at vanshelle.in or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our store. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of Vanshelle.

1. Account Terms

Creating an Account:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on Vanshelle
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at shivansh8387@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in any fraudulent activity

Account Responsibility:

  • One person may not maintain more than one active account
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared or assigned to another person
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts at our sole discretion with or without notice if we believe Terms are being violated

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

  • All prices displayed on Vanshelle are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund
  • Promotional or sale prices are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders

Payment:

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your full card or banking details on our servers
  • Your order will be confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation
  • In case of payment failure, please check with your bank before attempting again to avoid duplicate charges
  • For any payment disputes or failed transaction queries, contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com within 3 business days of the transaction

GST and Taxes:

  • Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per Indian tax regulations
  • GST invoices will be provided for all orders upon request — please mention your GSTIN at the time of ordering if applicable

3. Product Descriptions

Accuracy of Information:

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are accurate and up to date
  • However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on our website is completely error-free, accurate or current
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to screen display settings and photography lighting
  • For digital products (such as Excel financial templates), the product description will clearly specify what is included, file format and compatibility requirements

Digital Products — Excel Financial Templates:

  • All digital templates are delivered electronically via download link to your registered email address upon successful payment
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases of technical defects (see Returns and Refunds section)
  • Templates are for personal or single-business use only — redistribution, resale or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited
  • We do not guarantee that templates will be compatible with all versions of Microsoft Excel or third-party spreadsheet software — system requirements are specified on each product page

Stock Availability:

  • All physical products are subject to availability
  • In the rare event that an ordered item goes out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you within 5 business days and offer a full refund or suitable alternative

4. Order Acceptance

When Your Order is Confirmed:

  • Placing an order on Vanshelle constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not constitute a binding contract until we accept and confirm your order
  • You will receive an automated order acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order — this is not an order confirmation
  • Your order is officially accepted when you receive a separate Order Confirmation email from us with your order details and invoice

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including but not limited to the following situations:

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email and any payment made will be refunded within 5 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Partners: We ship across India through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, ekart etc. International shipping is currently not available.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 7-9 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we will communicate any delays proactively

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹7000 (subject to change)

Tracking Your Order:

  • A tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched
  • You can track your order on the shipping partner's website using this number
  • Vanshelle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control

Failed Deliveries:

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering

6. Returns and Refunds

Physical Products — Return Eligibility: We want you to love everything you receive from Vanshelle. If something isn't right, here's our policy:

How to Raise a Return Request:

  1. Email us at shivansh8387@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Use the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
  3. Include your order number, reason for return and clear photographs of the issue
  4. Our team will review and respond within 7 business days
  5. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval — return shipping instructions will be provided

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • UPI and wallet refunds are typically instant to 2 business days; card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank

Digital Products — Excel Financial Templates:

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Excel templates are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed
  • If you experience a technical issue with a downloaded template (corrupted file, download failure, etc.), contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com within 2 days and we will provide a replacement file at no charge
  • If a template is significantly different from its description, we will offer a full refund at our discretion

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at shivansh8387@outlook.com
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return upon delivery if eligible
  • Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the download link has been sent

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Vanshelle including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, descriptions, Excel templates, graphics, text and design is the intellectual property of Vanshelle and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or use any of our content without our prior written permission
  • Our Excel financial templates are licensed for personal or single-business use only — any commercial redistribution, resale, sublicensing or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
  • By submitting a review or feedback on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes

8. Prohibited Uses

By using Vanshelle, you agree that you will NOT:

Fraudulent or Harmful Activity:

  • Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent orders or payment information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
  • Use automated bots, scrapers or scripts to extract data from our website

Misuse of Content:

  • Copy, reproduce or resell any digital product purchased from us without authorisation
  • Use our brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written consent
  • Post defamatory, offensive or misleading reviews or content on our platform

Account Misuse:

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or discounts
  • Impersonate another person or entity when using our platform
  • Share account credentials or transfer your account to another person

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation and where applicable, legal action under Indian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • Vanshelle and its founders, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from your use of our digital products or website
  • We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components — though we take every reasonable measure to ensure this
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, logistics partner failures or internet outages

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that our Excel financial templates will meet your specific financial requirements or produce specific financial outcomes — they are tools designed to assist, not replace, professional financial advice
  • For significant financial decisions, we recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant or financial advisor
  • Product results, especially for wellness or lifestyle items, may vary from person to person

11. Privacy

Your use of Vanshelle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at PRIVACY POLICY to understand our data practices.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
  • Your continued use of Vanshelle after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
  • For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a notice on our website
  • We encourage you to review these Terms periodically

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Sale of Goods Act, 1930

Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at shivansh8387@outlook.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Panchkula, Haryana, India
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana, India

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
